How We Got Here

Ronniesha first came to us in the early stages of a full rebrand of her growing interior design firm. With an new name, an elevated look and a clear client demographic in mind, Ronniesha knew what story she wanted to craft for her brand re-launch, and was looking for a partner to tell it well. Right from the start, we felt like kindred spirits, relating deeply to her desire to maintain her relational, warm and authentic approach with clients, while leaning into her move toward luxury custom design. We wanted to capture a story that clearly communicated that her team is highly-experienced, formally educated in the industry, and deeply involved in the custom building journey from blueprints to move-in. In tandem with that, we hoped to convey that Alder and Stone's intentional process is rooted in relationship and Ronniesha's dedication to be led and inspired to design for each client individually based on their own lifestyle, family flow, and their dreams for their space, to make sure their house feels like home.
